Our Booking Terms & Conditions
We can’t wait to welcome you for your treatment! To make sure everything runs smoothly for both you and us, please take a moment to read our booking terms:
- Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required when booking your treatment.
- This deposit is non-refundable but will go toward the total cost of your treatment.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We understand things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- If you give more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once only.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
- No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
- If you don’t attend your appointment without letting us know, or cancel on the same day, your deposit will be lost.
- Repeat no-shows will need to pay the full treatment cost upfront for future bookings.
- Arriving on Time
- Please aim to arrive promptly for your appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your deposit will be forfeited.
- By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
