Our Booking Terms & Conditions
We can’t wait to welcome you for your treatment! To make sure everything runs smoothly for both you and us, please take a moment to read our booking terms:
Deposits
- A 20% deposit is required when booking your treatment.
- This deposit is non-refundable but will go toward the total cost of your treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We understand things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- If you give more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once only.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
- If you don’t attend your appointment without letting us know, or cancel on the same day, your deposit will be lost.
- Repeat no-shows will need to pay the full treatment cost upfront for future bookings.
Arriving on Time
- Please aim to arrive promptly for your appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cosmetic Smile Enhancement: Important Information
To ensure the best results and maintain safety standards at Contour Collective, please review the following before booking:
Self-Service Protocol.
- In accordance with UK law, Naturawhite is a self-service cosmetic enhancement. Our technicians will provide the equipment and guidance, but the application of the gel and positioning of the light must be performed by the client.
Suitability.
- This is designed for natural teeth. The gels will not change the colour of crowns, veneers, bridges, or composite fillings.
Age Requirement.
- Clients must be 18 years of age or older for all enhancements and tooth gem services.
Dental Health.
This is cosmetic and is not a substitute for professional dental care. We cannot perform this on clients with visible tooth decay, gum disease, or open lesions.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding.
- As a precaution, we do not offer teeth enhancements to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Tooth Gem Aftercare.
- To ensure the longevity of your Swarovski crystal, avoid eating hard or sticky foods for 24 hours following application. Detailed aftercare kits/instructions will be provided at your appointment.
