    Our Booking Terms & Conditions 

We can’t wait to welcome you for your treatment! To make sure everything runs smoothly for both you and us, please take a moment to read our booking terms:

1. Deposits
    
   • A 50% deposit is required when booking your treatment.
      
   • This deposit is non-refundable but will go toward the total cost of your treatment.
      

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    
   • We understand things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.
      
   • If you give more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once only.
      
   • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
      

1. No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
    
   • If you don’t attend your appointment without letting us know, or cancel on the same day, your deposit will be lost.
      
   • Repeat no-shows will need to pay the full treatment cost upfront for future bookings.
      

1. Arriving on Time
    
   • Please aim to arrive promptly for your appointment.
      
   • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your deposit will be forfeited.
